PTSA GRADUATION CORD PROGRAM
Have you signed up for the PTSA Graduation Cord Program? You can start earning points TODAY!
The honor cord is a long-standing tradition of recognizing and celebrating students in high schools and colleges. At the high school level, graduation cords symbolize accomplishments such as academic excellence, leadership skills, community service, and contributions to extracurricular activities. The cord is an entwined rope with a tassel attached to each end, and is worn around the neck on top of the graduation gown.
The LTHS PTSA cord color will be emerald green which symbolizes community service through volunteering with our PTSA to engage all students in partnership with parents and teachers to support and improve the LT community.
RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE
LTHS will be recycling old batteries January 15-19. As you are cleaning out your closets and refreshing for the new year, bring in those old batteries.
