FINAL NATIONAL PTA REFLECTIONS CONTEST RESULTS
We have had some very successful entries this year! We received 9 total works at the high school level, so it's a slow but steady increase from the last year's two. LTHS Judging Results: Literature: Award of Excellence - Gauri Binup, "say it again and you'll mold my lips" (advancing to district)
Visual Arts: Award of Excellence - Erica Zhuang, "Endless Dreams" (advancing to district) Award of Excellence - Beatrice Levin, "Configuration" (advancing to district)
Honorable Mention - Srivaishnavi Vijay, "Lata Mangeshkar" FISD DISTRICT Judging Results: We had two winners from our school, which is amazing, considering that this judging took place across the 12 FISD high schools! DECEMBER MEMBERSHIP DRAWING WINNERS
While we didn't earn the Shining Star Membership Award we would like to thank everyone who joined before December 31st! Parent, Jennifer Melton won the $20 GEN Korean BBQ Gift Card, and student, Corey Watson won the $20 Dickey's BBQ Gift Card.
