FEBRUARY IS NATIONAL CHILDREN'S DENTAL MONTH!

Your child’s diet is very important for developing and maintaining strong and healthy teeth. It is helpful to include good sources of calcium (yogurt, broccoli, and milk) to your child’s diet to help build strong teeth. Teaching your child about healthy eating habits is one of the best practices for a lifetime of good health. Here are some helpful tips:

-Eat fruits and vegetables for snacks rather than candies and cookies.

-Brush your child’s teeth twice daily.

-Serve water at mealtime rather than juice or soda.

Cavities, also known as caries or tooth decay, are the most common chronic disease of childhood, yet cavities are preventable.

Mark your calendars for this informative program and join members of our PTSA at the Frisco ISD Council of PTAs watch party THIS Monday, February 12th.

Ten years ago, it was all about more tech in the classroom. Today, many schools are grappling with how to manage cell phone use on campus, and whether the pros outweigh the cons.

Don't miss our panel of experts discussing how schools are managing tech on campus, along with other pressing questions about navigating the smartphone era. Check the links below for more info about Straight Talk '24 and register TODAY — all registrants will be able to submit questions live and will receive an emailed link to the recorded event Monday afternoon.
